Telemental health is really just a fancy way of saying online therapy. I utilize technology to connect with my clients instead of holding therapy in a traditional office setting. A smartphone, tablet, or laptop and a click of a link and we're connected.
Professional counseling is open to Colorado and Alaska residents at this time. You must be physically located within your resident state lines and in a quiet and private space at the time of our session.
